The Great Thing.

Imagine if you will a super intelligence.  One that is so large that everything else revolves around it.  This intelligence, responsible for all things we know or can imagine, is not an entity, it is not a sentience, it is not an alien of higher intelligence than our own, or a group of such, it just is.  To give this intelligence an identity does it no justice. To call it God is to diminish it to our small understandings of godhood.  As soon as an identity is put on something that something is confined to the process of the identity.  This intelligence may or may not be aware of any other, nor would it likely care.

Imagine if you will this intelligence breathing in and out the stuff of the void.  Each breath in and out causes great change to the inner and outer workings of the space occupied, or not by that intelligence.  How can we give such a thing the confine of space or time, how can we presume to understand?

Imagine such a thing, how can we?  All we can do rationally is imagine us as nothing but a cell or piece of a  cell occupying a non-understandable thing.  If that does any justice to the imagining.  This Great Thing would be of all things, and we would be insignificant.

John

The Mountain

Apex, Top, Peak, when we Summit a Mountain every step counts.  One foot in front of the other is the always mantra of the climber and seeker of higher things.  On the Summit of all treks of wonder the Seeker can see out in a 360 degree orbit to all things within his/her influence.  The Trekker, who travels to all new things becomes a Seeker of truth. Atop the Summit reveals all real things and Enlightens the Seer.

While standing at the Top the Seeker often forgets to continue to look up and instead looks down.  This is usually the first mistake before the Fall.  The Seer starts thinking to him/herself, "I'm it man, I'm the Thing, nothing is Higher than I Am."  Then a cloud catches the attention, or a bird poops on His head, what ever the cause a Wrong Step is taken and the Trekker, the Seeker of all High things, complete with His/Her mantra, falls to Earth is a Fiery Blaze of Shame.

We've all heard This Story before.  Seeker climbs to Top.  Seeker gets to Top.  Seeker think He Is Top.  It hits the fan.  Seeker Falls in a Fiery Blaze.  As the Climber Falls his/ her eyes gaze Heavenward and whilst Falling Sees what Should have been Seen in the First Place.  "Damnit!", He says.

The Mountain Obliges and Enlightens the Fallen Foe.  Forever He/ She is now left to Gaze at the Top from the Bottom, and the Mountain Remains Still.

John

Flaw of Nature

I have a predilection for BS.  Amongst the many flaws of my nature, I have spent a lifetime searching out and dealing with my human ability to screw up at any drop of  a hat, cap, scarf, screwdriver, what ever happens to fall from my mitts.  I have larger than average mitts.

I was gifted by the great wind gods the ability to tell a grand tale.  I grew up listening and learning how to weave a story from the fabric of nature and the energies of those around me.  I know how to read my environment.

Sometimes when weaving tales of mirth and mayhem, the listener begins to hear the truth woven within the story.   I have set out to spread the impossible truths of life and the nature of it through the telling of these woven spontaneous tales of, "BS".   This is one of my faults of nature.  My nature has within it a great love of humanity.  I cry at the pains of children I don't know, and I worry about the fears of friends I barely know, and I tell their stories.  Sometime these stories aren't recognizable until the very end, then a little, "poof" happens within the listening brain.  Let's hope I'm not the cause of spontaneous aneurism.

Flaws of Nature aren't righted by ignoring them, instead the proper extinction of the flaw in nature is to look straight at it.  Gaze the demon in the eye and attack it with the frontal assault of truth.  Change your BS to truth and watch the uncomfortable squirms of those who listen and understand what is being told.  Tales of wonder, stories of myth weaved around the truth like a cloak of many colors, dreams.

History is woven into this coat.  Stories started being told when man first stood taller than the grass and uttered his first word.  It wasn't, "Uhg". It was, "Uhg, what a mess".  Then he promptly ran to the tree where is wife and children resided and started telling the tale of the history up to that point, "Uhg" was just about It.

That tale, that wonderous story started then and through the magic of the spoken word began taking on a life of it's own.  The players changed as the story changed the cultures telling the tale.  The truth became myth, and woven into the BS was the truth.  Millenia have passed and that tale, the original story that started with an, "Uhg", became the history of human kind and it's many versions, the religions of the world.  Tales of man, the flaws of nature.

You see, my predilection for BS has become the time honored attribute of all tellers of the historic tale.  All who know truth upon seeing it and hearing, all who have the courage to share this truth within a cloak of dreams for the listener to find on his own have the god given gift and responsibility to face the demon within themselves and bombard it with this tale.  So when it runs from the truth, the truth is presented to all who hear.

Today's modern tale is spoken, and written in the many venues given by the digital  demiurge.  Our supreme being is now loose on Google and the stories are being told by an artificial voice.  We have evolved?

I have many flaws.  Each one is being handled through a straight eye fearlessly brought to justice.  Knowing truth, and speaking truth, brings a certain reality to each listener and reader.  This collective is the nature of our Creator.

Peace and Balance,

John

Spring Snow

Today is May, 17th.  Upon leaving for work this morning at about 6:45 AM. it was snowing and about 31 degrees.  Not that I'm complaining or anything, but Gee Wiz!  The average daily temp. for this time of year in the Grand Nord Dubois, Great Northern Woods, ranges from about 53 degrees in the evening to about 72 degrees in the day time.  Snow and 31 degrees isn't generally in the picture for this late in the Springtime.

The people from this part of the country call this area the Northern woods because they feel secluded and are set apart from the rest of the state.  Realistically New Hampshire isn't that far north.  If you draw a line around a globe our area in the Great Northern Woods lines up nicely with the middle of Wyoming.  So, from my point of view, This ain't that far north.  As a matter O'fact I grew up about 600 miles farther north than these cats and the weather is just par for the course.  Ok, got that off my chest.

Any ways it was snowing when I left for work this morning.  It was coming down pretty darn hard for a bit.  Then stopped.  The snow lasted about 30 minutes or so, but the temperatures aren't supposed to climb out of the 40's today.  Since I have lived in New Hampshire for the better part of 40 years now, I have climatized so, brrrrr.  Where is the average yearly temp. hiding at, and the wind is starting to blow, Dang!?

The 17th of May and it snowed.  I've seen snow in June so that isn't to awfully unusual.  Just gives us all something to belly ache about.  That's normal human behavior, complaining about things we don't have any control over hoping the gods may be listening.  Quite frankly the gods don't care.

I believe that there is a conspiracy between the weather gods and the weather people.  The weather people report, tell lies, write reports, and report again, and the cycle continues.  The weather gods wait.  They wait until we small beings get to comfortable and anticipate what the sky may produce, then throw a wrench into the works and change up at the last minute laughing sardonically all the while.  And what do we menial creatures do in the mean time, suffer.  Suffer and complain about those things we have no control over.

So, it snowed early this morning and the temp. was about 31 degrees Fahrenheit.   Doesn't look to get much better today.  Oh well, time for Coffee.

Peace and Balance,

John

There Be Giants.

Hidden in the deep recesses of the History of The World are stories of Giants occupying various areas of our planet. the Earth.  In our past we would have called these beings gods.  We would have bestowed great grandeur upon them and treated them like kings and queens.  We would have feared them for obvious reasons, they're frigging big and scary.

That was then, this is now.  There are "Scientists" using modern technologies as archeological tools to uncover and re-discover lost hidden treasures all over the world.  In the United States along the Mississippi delta there was a generation of Native Americans that have been commonly called the, "Mound Builders."  These mounds, of which there are thousands, were used partially for ceremonial burial cites.  Using sonar, radar, and lidar, from deep within many of these cites there are indications of buried  "Giants."

There have been stories from times gone by, from virtually every culture.  And universally these beings were feared.  Zecharia Sitchin, in his book, "Anunnaki Chronicles," refers to these beings as the possible depositors of humanity, left here and experimented with, to use as convenient slaves to mine for gold.  After mining most of the gold from hidden areas of the Earth they left, and left humanity behind.  The Anunnaki that stayed became man kinds gods, our kings, to be feared and served.  And we buried them with reverence in the bottom of a sacred mound when dying.  That was long enough ago that the human race has forgotten them, and let them pass into mythology.

The Christian Bible refers to beings that are the progeny of the Son's of God, and the Daughters of Man.  These beings are called the Nephilim.  The Nephilim were creatures of great power.  The powers of angels and the mortality of man.  In the Bible, God sent the rains for 40 days in order to wash the Nephilim from the planet.  That mankind had been corrupted and he needed to start over.  After saving Hoah and his family from the Great Flood,  God wiped, supposedly the Nephilim from the planet.  Could God have missed a few?

So, within the mounds of the Mississippi delta, possibly hidden in the darker regions of the Pyramids of Egypt, into the Steppes and Terraces of the Maya, world wide, we are finding rather large skeletal remains that defy explanation.  Are they Anunnaki, Nephilim, or just some real big scary dudes?  We may never know.  Oh yeah, there is the promise of their return.

Peace and Balance,

John

Spring

Spring has come.  The weather is turning and we in the North Country are beginning to get that familiar feeling that draws us out of doors.  For me Spring always brings with it a great yearning to go out and work on the yard, clean up stuff that needs cleaning up, and begin that process in the body when Vitamin D is produced.  Spring is the harbinger of Mother Nature's paint brush.  When the Sun rises higher and the temperatures go up we know it's time for the flora to bloom and paint our landscape with the colors of nature.

Spring is also the time with the fauna awakens and creation is in the air.  Look into the woods and you might see a wobbly legged fawn or a baby bear rolling in the grass.  There will be insects buzzing, bees fliting from flower to flower pollinating the world, and warm breezes traveling through the valleys.

There may be the threat of occasional snow.  The wind might get cold for a brief interlude and skies might darken, but then the Sun shines down upon the land chasing the snow away, and warming any cold air to a tolerable almost imperceptible version of it's former self.  This is the struggle at the beginning of Spring.

Mornings tell us to dawn our jacket, and afternoons ask us why we have it on.  We are confused by the transition and aren't quite sure what to do.  Eventually however this confusion wanes and we know that it is indeed Spring time, and it is time to put the coat away and replace it with the wind breaker.

Spring is also the time of year when we all get that urge to fly.  Our creative juices begin to flow and we put pen to paper, bring out the scissors, the string, and a few sticks, and put together a wonder of modern man, the kite.  As the air warms the currents of this air rise creating the perfect up lift for flying our Kite, the Dragon Mark IV.  It's a wonderous sight.

Spring is the time for Creation, the time for Wonder, when the Imagination grows and integrates into our souls.  We are the painters of our own existence, we create Spring.  Just like an adolescent God, we have tantrums and the thunder rolls.  Then it quiets again, Sun rises high, and the Butterfly sings.

Peace and Balance,

John

Who are the Aliens?

A couple thousand years ago human beings thought intelligence's from other places, our first impressions, where either considered gods, or angels.  For millennia we worshiped these beings as our creators and the teachers that were supposed to be leading us to a better place, Heaven or Hell.

As our understandings of these intelligences grow so do our thoughts and pictures about the nature of these beings.  Our Angels and gods became visitors from other worldly places, and the craft they travel in changed from the Chariots of the Gods, to the space craft that Aliens use to travel from one place to another.   Our Angels have become our Aliens.

For those of us who have not let go of old ideas about the nature of other worldly beings, Religions have been developed based on old ideas of gods and angels.  Human beings have created ideas of all seeing benevolent overlords with our best interest at heart.  It is our job to worship these beings blindly and follow all instructions given to us on our paths to Heaven.  Now, there are old stories of a war in heaven.  The Winners, the kind and benevolent ones, have given us a directive, "Do what we say."  So, we do, should we?

It is said that the spoils go to the victors.  How do we know that the victors in this war were actually the good guys?  Because we are told to believe, have faith, worship?  A couple hundred years ago, even up to today, I would be and am considered a Heretic.   Then I would have been hanged, burned, drowned, and possibly quartered.  Today I am condemned to a fiery Hell by those who, "Know" the Lord.  I have my doubts that these Godly people really know what it is they speak.  I guess ignorance is bliss.

Today we are in the throws of yet another change in understanding.  Our Aliens are reverting back into us by way of time.  Human understanding of unknown creatures visiting us are either, Us traveling back in time, or what have been called, "The Visitors" traveling through time and space to meet us.  We then are possibly the Creator in the first place.  We created Ourselves.  Convoluted...

The smarter we get, the more confused we are about the nature of, "Heaven and Hell."  Through this all, we still hold on to God.  However, the Guru in us would say, "If you want to talk with God, look into a mirror and start speaking."  So, they tell me I'm going to Hell. These Godly people.

For me, I just speak, or think, or talk to my friends.  God is everywhere is it not?

A long time ago we had our gods and angels.  There was a war.  Someone won that war.  What was the war over?  Possibly We are the prize, and the war is a huge identity crisis.

Who were the winners, and who were the losers?  An answer to both questions, Us.  As our understandings grow, I am not afraid to look into the reflection of a pond and declare, "I AM God."

Who are You?

Peace and Balance,

John
